I purchased A pair of Nike Air Hurach which run small and narrow. When I got home to try them on I realized that they did not fit.

Upon trying to return the shoes to store I was told that I cannot return shoes because I did not have hard copy of receipt although I had a copy on my phone. I explained to them that I never received a hard copy being that I ordered online and picked up in store. They refuse to return shoe until I found a way to print out receipt that was never given to me and furthermore no where on there return policy does it say that items cannot be returned without hard copy in fact it says just the opposite assuring customer just to come in within timely matter with order number and a return will be completed. Upon talking to customer service I was told that they cannot make the store return my shoe even though customer service had all my order info and could have very well called store.

Her solution to mail me a hard copy in mail and it should be here the next day along with a $25 gift card.

It has now been a week and I'm still waiting. Will never shop here again
