I purchased $165.00 pair of Jordan Airs for my 12 year old son to be worn inside at school. Not even 2 months later the eyelet ripped and part of the shoe tore.

I went to Footlocker and they wouldn't do anything for me. I called Footlocker customer service and told them I was not impressed and the girl on the other end hung up on me telling me she didn't no why I was not impressed.

I will never purchase shoes from Footlocker ever again. I can buy shoes for 30.00 from Walmart and they last longer and if I do have problems, they EXCHANGE them for me.

Lmao what the ***? How is FOOTLOCKER the one to be holding responsible when they’re not the ones who make the shoes???

What kind of an idiot do you have to be to believe that?
